How much does Sosayty cost?
Sosayty is free to download for residents. Societies pay a small per-flat fee that includes onboarding, payment gateway, and unlimited support. Talk to us for a quote tailored to your size.
Is our data safe?
All data is stored on encrypted servers in India, with role-based access for committee members. Resident contact details are never shared with third parties and are only visible to other verified residents.
How long does setup take?
Most societies are fully live in under 48 hours. We import your existing flat list and members, configure your maintenance rules, and train two committee members over a 30-minute call.
Can residents pay over UPI directly?
Yes — Sosayty supports UPI deep-links to GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, and any UPI app. Payments hit the society's account directly. Receipts and PDF invoices are generated automatically.
What about older residents who don't use apps?
Committees can mark cash or cheque payments on behalf of a resident, and residents who only check messages can be sent SMS notifications for bills and notices. Nobody is left behind.
Do you support multi-block societies?
Yes. You can configure any number of blocks (A, B, C, …) with their own flat ranges, and bills, notices, and complaints can be filtered or addressed per-block.
